When a dream becomes a thesis at Bocconi University

There are moments in an entrepreneur's life that go beyond professional achievements. One of these was seeing Elena, a young woman who experienced every dynamic of our company with enthusiasm and dedication, choose to tell our story in her thesis at Bocconi University.

Values that, unknowingly, I breathed in the hallways of what some call an "eyesore," but for me, it was the cradle of friendships and loves that last a lifetime.

Elena’s thesis focused on one of our most significant projects: the collaboration with Swarovski and the Re-created Crystals. These crystals, made by reusing production waste, embody the perfect blend of beauty and sustainability.
